1 - General

  1. This is the most recent Terms of Service agreement as of Januar21, 2014.
  2. Real Fans, in its sole discretion, may modify or review these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. All recent modifications or revisions done by Real Fans replaces all former agreements and takes effect upon date of posting.
  3. Continued use of the service following recent amendments signifies your assent to the revised Terms of Service. You further agree to apprise yourself of recent changes on the Terms of Service through periodic reviews of Real Fans website.
  4. IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF SERVICEOR DO NOT AGREE TO ANY OR ALL TERMS, DO NOT REGISTER.

2 - Service

  1. Real Fans sole purpose is for the social media promotion.
  2. You shall not knowingly exploit the system including but not limited to, gaining credits, exploit speed or any other bug in a manner other than purchasing them from the website or use the regular features.
  3. If you change your username, password, email or any other mandatory field the script will stop automatically until you re-login and re-launch it. Should it happen, the time of script inactivity will not be added to your license.
  4. We are not responsible for your actions and their consequences.
  5. We are not to blame if your accounts are banned for any reason.
  6. Real Fans is brought to you to make your life easier with automated processes. We discourage spam and violation of the law.
  7. It is your sole responsibility to comply with any social network you use and any legislation that you are subject to. You use Real Fans at your own risk.

3 - Purchase

  1. You agree that upon purchasing credits or balance you clearly understand and agree what you are purchasing and will not file a fraudulent dispute.
  2. Upon a fraudulent attempt to file a dispute, we grant the right, if necessary, to reset all credits, terminate your account and/or permanently ban your IP address.
  3. The Credits added in Real Fans are not reversible if the system and web site it self are fully working. License system is counted based on the time you have registered your account,in this case if you do not login or use the account we will not replace the time and Igerlsike web site is not obligated in any case to refund you.
  4. We are not able to transfer credits between different services or tools.
  5. The License is credited right after the purchase, its own responsability to use it even if you dont login into your account.

4 - Registration

  1. By registering you affirm that you are 13 years of age or an emancipated minor and are completely able and competent to enter into the terms and conditions set forth in these Terms of Service and comply and abide by them.

5 - Copyright

  1. Without prior written consent of a Real Fans representative, you may not copy or reproduce any texts, images or programming used on the Real Fans website.
  2. All brand icons are trademarks of their respective owners. The use of these trademarks does not indicate endorsement of the trademark holder by Font Awesome, nor vice versa.

6 - Paypal

  1. You agree that upon purchasing our services, that you clearly understand and agree what you are purchasing and will not file a fraudulent dispute via PayPal.

7 - Disclamer

  1. You agree that your use of Real Fans is at your own risk. Real Fans may not be held liable or accountable for any or whatever damages you or your business may incur.
  2. Real Fans does not guarantee website uptime or availability as it uses the internet to deliver its services.

8 - Change of Terms

  1. This Terms of Service are subject to change at any time. Notices of change will be considered given and effective on the date posted on our website. The changes made will become effective the date they are posted on our website. No further notice by Real Fans is required upon your continued use of our website.

This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy seriously and we take all measures to protect your personal information. Any personal information received will only be used to fill your order. We do not share, sell, rent or trade personal information with third parties for any reason.

Real Fans offers non-tangible irrevocable goods so we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the product is sent.
As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site.
However, we realize that exceptional circumstance can take place with regard to the character of the product we supply.

Therefore, we DO honor requests for the refund on the following reasons:
  1. Non-delivery of the product :

    In some cases the process times are slower, and it may take a little longer for your orders to finish.
    In this case we recommend contacting us for assistance.
    Claims for non-delivery must be submitted to our support department in writing within 3 days from the order placing date. Otherwise the campaign will be considered completed.
  2. Product not-as-described :

    Such issues should be reported to our support department within 3 days from the date of the purchase.
    Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased product is not as it is described on the website.
    Complaints which are based merely on the customer’s false expectations or wishes are not honored. Our support team is always eager to assist you and deliver highly professional support in a timely manner.
  3. All products are sold “as is”. The customer assumes the responsibility for the purchase, and no refunds will be issued.

All Purchases you submit are final, and after the order is added we cannot cancel or stop it! The Folowers/Likes or any other kind of actions made cannot be reversed.

    First open the Vine app on your mobile device. Then go to your own profile by selecting profile from the top drop down menu.
    Now, from your profile page, select Settings.
    Now scroll down and Press Invite via Text.

    First you need to create a new Vine video and post it to your feed.
    Next step is to tap the ellipses icon below the Vine video you want.
    Now you need to click share this post from the popup menu.

2 - Social Market - Balance

  1. The Funds used in Social Market must be added on the Home -> Add Funds Menu
  2. After the Funds added they cannot be reversed back to your Paypal or Credit Card Please read our Refund Policy Before you use our software.
  3. If your order cannot be processed because the user/page is private or doesnt exist the script will automaticly refund your account with the order amount
  4. If for some reason you have reached the maximum likes/followers that our web-site has we will refund the partial amount missing

3 - Social Market - API

  1. You can find the Instructions how to use the API on Social Market -> API Documentation
  2. You can find your API KEY on : Home -> Settings
  3. If you are using API its your solo responsibility any orders made threw your api key, we will not refund any mistake you/your code made.
  4. You should have enough balance to perform API Calls, otherwise the orders will not be added
  5. We have the right to refuse/disable any API Key if we detect unsual activity, including bugged calls spamming our server or any 3rd party errors.
  6. We require your Server IP in order to Authorize your Machine to Add Orders Automaticly
  7. YOU SHOULD NEVER share your Real Fans API Key!

4 - Social Market - Instagram AutoLiker

  1. You can find the Instagram Autoliker on Social Market -> Insta AutoLiker
  2. This is basicly a script that checks for the latest pictures for a PUBLIC instagram user and automaticly add orders of likes for each recent picture
  3. This service is free of extra-costs , the only item you pay is the amount of likes you order
  4. Instagram Likes ( Fast ) will be used to give Likes to the Pictures
  5. The Script have a maximum amount of 30 pictures, after that the script will automaticly stop and you can restart it
  6. No Likes will be delivered if you dont have enough balance to perform the orders
  7. If the user turn itself on Private Mode or if the user dont post new pictures for 10 days script will automaticly stop

We highly Recommend to use our costum support tool to reach us! The support tool will help us to better track your problem with some initial information. You can find the Support Tool on your Left Menu.

    1 - Add Funds & Pricing

    You can add funds that can be used to Social Market over the Left Menu : Home -> Add Funds
    All the Prices are in Dollar ( $ ) Currency!
    The minimum amount of Charge is 1 $ and after the deposit is done you wont be able to reverse it to your Paypal! Please read our Terms of Service before your use!
    After you make a deposit you should recieve an e-mail with the invoice.

    2 - Edit Real Fans Account

    To Edit your Real Fans Options just visit the menu Home -> Settings
